One of the biggest sports and cultural festivals in the world lands in Northeast Ohio, USA from 9 – 16 August 2014.

Cleveland and Akron, Ohio, will welcome over 11,000 participants from more than 65 countries for the week-long event. Northeast Ohio's eclectic collective sets the stage for Clevelanders and Akronites to showcase their flair for international flavor and cultural events. Though, Gay Games 9 isn't just fun and games - there are sports, too. The invitation to participate is open to everyone, no matter their sexual orientation, gender, transgender status, religion, nationality, political convictions, athletic abilities, age or physical condition.
