Win a T-shirt and Ticket to 3D! The Official Singapore World AIDS Day Party

World AIDS Day (WAD) is round the corner again. Since 1988, 1st December has been a day bringing messages of awareness, compassion, hope, solidarity and understanding about AIDS to every country in the world. Each year, WAD is commemorated with news and events to highlight the battle against the epidemic - and at the same time reminding people that there's still lots to be done and we still need to be safe. On November 30th, leading into World AIDS Day 2002 on December 1st, the 3D Project will host ‘3D’ - a Diva and DJ filled Mega Dance Party on Sentosa Island, Singapore; with the aim of raising S$250,000 for Action for AIDS. A hundred percent of every dollar raised will be donated to Action for AIDS, Singapore, a voluntary community-based organisation which does not receive any government funding. In conjunction with 3D, Fridae will be giving away a ticket to 3D worth S$45 and a T-shirt to 50 readers if they send us an entry telling us what safe sex means to them. Fridae will be accepting entries until 5pm, Nov 22, 2002. The top responses will be published here. All winners will be contacted for phone and/or email, for this reason, please fill in all the fields. Be assured that we will not sell, lend, give, or publish any personal information.
