 ccomplishment and we hope you are\, too.\n\nThe webpage provides resources
  for those exploring their gender identities\, for friends and family who 
 want to know how to support a loved one\, and for those ⋯⋯who want to 
 be transgender allies but don’t yet know how. This colorful page with ev
 erything from an NPR radio story to healthcare options in NYC to personal 
 blog narratives is a resource for all of us — be sure to check it out!\n
 \nThe Launch Party will be held at the beautiful NIRVANA lounge located on
  Lexington Ave at 40th Street. Appetizers will be provided\, Bollywood tun
 es and Caribbean beats will flow thanks to the stylings of DJ Sue\, and di
 d we mention — PRIZES?\n\nThe first 10 people to arrive at the door and 
 say “I am a transgender ally” will receive a ticket good for one free 
 drink!\n\nThis event was made possible by the generosity of the folks at N

 on is to enable community members to establish cultural visibility and tak
 e a stand against oppression and discrimination in all its forms.  We pled
 ge to encourage leadership development\, provide multi-generational suppor
 t\, work towards immigration advocacy\, address health issues such as HIV 
 / AIDS\, and foster political involvement in the interest of creating a mo
 re tolerant society. \n\n
