 011\nHours: Fridays from 1 - 6pm\n\n\n\nFor over a year\, A&PI Wellness Ce
 nter has been preparing for the opening of the Wellness Clinic. This pains
 taking process has us poised to serve the needs of the A&PI and LGBT commu
 nities with an expert staff\, expanded treatment capabilities\, and cuttin
 g-edge recordkeeping technology.\n\nInitially\, our core staff will provid
 e basic primary care services. This highly diverse team of four physicians
 \, five nurses and three clinic receptionists are committed stalwarts to t
 he Wellness Clinic vision. With expertise in both LGBT and A&PI health\, a
 s well as experience abroad\, The Wellness Clinic can ensure that clients 
 receive both culturally and linguistically competent care. Clients will ex
 perience not only the best care possible\, but also improved overall healt
 h and wellness.\n\nThe Wellness Clinic will serve to bolster our already i
 nnovative model of HIV care. By expanding the portfolio of chronic disease
  treatment and management to include diabetes\, asthma\, hypertension and 
 more\, the clinic will be able to contribute to the overall well-being of 
 our local community.\n\nTechnology will also play a key role at the Wellne
 ss Clinic. Electronic Medical Records will enable clinic staff to pull cha
 rts\, records and information quickly without the possibility of being los
 t\, misplaced\, or destroyed. Another advantage to storing records electro
 nically is the ease with which records can be transferred. This capability
  is especially important in cases where clients require hospitalization or
  specialized care\, or move to another city or state.\n\nVisit us in March

 o serving your needs in the years to come!\n\nNOTE: Our HIV Primary Care C
 linic will continue on Mondays\, uninterrupted. \n\n\nThe Wellness Clinic 
 provides holistic\, high quality\, culturally competent and linguistically
  accessible primary health care\, preventative care\, and early interventi
 on as well as behavioral health services. Our services are available free-
 of-charge for low income\, uninsured or under-insured San Franciscans who 
 would otherwise have no access to health care.\nWho We Serve\n\nWe welcome
  and accept adults of all sexual orientations\, genders\, marital status\,
  family configurations and different mental and physical abilities. If you
  are Asian\, Pacific Islander\, or LGBT\, our Wellness Clinic will provide
  you with the comprehensive\, compassionate\, culturally-sensitive care yo
 u want and need and can't always get from other health care providers. We 
 seek to deliver quality health care in a caring atmosphere to strengthen o
 ur community's health and well-being.\n\nServices are offered on an outpat
 ient basis and will emphasize early intervention\, health education\, and 
 prevention of illness. Our expert medical team is comprised of dedicated\,
  committed professionals who serve without financial compensation.\n\n----
