To help companies hone their strategies for engaging with allies, Community Business, with sponsorship from Goldman Sachs and Barclays, is organising a Forum to discuss the strategies that companies can employ to promote allies in their workplace and the specific things allies can do to create a more inclusive workplace for their LGBT colleagues. Leading experts and practitioners will share current best practice and the specific actions your company can take to promote inclusion.
The forum is designed for both business leaders and workplace allies. Companies are encouraged to invite members of their LGBT employee resource groups, including allies.
