The past couple of weeks are proof that Frank Ocean is not only a terrribly gifted singer/songwriter, but also a courageous human being who has inspired a generation through words and melody. Lonsdale Boys Club was mightily impressed with Ocean's new album and decided to remix his single, "Thinkin About You." That's hardly an easy task given the dynamite quality and high-profile nature of the original but the emerging Brit-pop outfit was up for the task, and crafted a deeply soulful and appropriate re-intepretation of the song that keeps the original pretty much intact but includes a punchy new groove to make it fit the dance floor.
