Most appropriately, our pick of the week is Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, a cheerfully demented reconstruction of American history that nobody would have expected. While some historians suggest that Lincoln's secretive nature was due to him being a closetted homosexual, the creators of this film have an even more alternate theory...

The right to love of a different kind is celebrated in Stricken, where a polyamorous couple must find strength and courage to live out their last days as a couple. You could say that this is a cancer/terminal illness story with a twist!
