i think that if the event just for dancing and music, then you are not realistic
there must be diversity events because people came to Bangkok/Thailand was not for one day only in majority.
its look like you make generalitization that all gays just for dancing
as i met gay from europe.
Here there must be facilitator for many purpose of visit.
if you see realistic and deep understanding, the events is not for solely dancing.
but thankful event that why you gay should give honor, and giving to society. be aware

I don't see a problem here as only the upper torsos of both men were showing so there is no nudity involved and it was only "implied" sex. But it was gay so they want to probably make an example of the two by drawing it out into the public by fining and imprisoning these guys to show how perverted same-sex couples act. If this had happened to a heterosexual couple it wouldn't go any farther more than likely.
