This cutesy tune is called "Saturn Rings," and it is another swaggering slice of sun-baked California surf pop with a little hint of electro. Fans of The Go Go's will be in for a treat.  This is quite some different fare than the song "Heaven On Earth" that Electrocute's Nicole Morrier wrote for Britney Spears' last LP but it is just as good.
