Free Download: Yacht 'Summer Song'

Formerly the solo project of Jona Bechtolt (who Vibe Magazine dubbed "indie rock's Timbaland"), Yacht has recently expanded to include new full-time member Claire L. Evans.

Together they make kicky nu-disco with a loveable, quircky live show.

Check out their track "Summer Song" as a guilt-free MP3 download that is marked by subtle beats, handclaps and a deliciously bouncy bass. A slighty different version of the track will appear on the duo's forthcoming LP "See Mystery Light" that will be released this spring on DFA records. (Photo credit: Sarah Meadows)
