Monsieur Adi never ceases to amaze me. Leave it up the French/Italian DJ, designer and producer to push the sonic envelope and his brand-new remix of Beyonce's "End Of Time" is a perfect example of that. Looking to create a "contrast between melody and noise," Adi takes the original tune completely apart with the intent to make Beyonce's vocals shine more brightly in the melodic parts. He layers the singer's powerful vocal track over gently soaring synth chords and wildly distorted breaks that are paced by an amped up groove that builds the track's tension to just the right height to lit up the dancefloor. It's another magnificent slice of sleek and stylish dance pop from Adi who earlier served up equally brilliant remixes of Madonna and others.
