professor accused of molesting 3 male students

A computer science professor at a Philippine high school has been accused of molest by three of his students in exchange for passing marks.

Rogie Nino, a 30-year-old computer science professor at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (Manila City High School) is being sought by police after three students accused him of molesting them in exchange for passing marks, reported Inq 7 Interactive.

All three students who are taking information technology courses, told the police that they approached Nino to ask for reconsideration because they were in danger of failing in the subject Fundamentals of Problem Solving and Programming.

One of the students claimed that he was forced to have oral sex with the suspect when he went to his professor's house. The 18-year-old thought that his professor would give him additional projects to improve his grades.

The two other victims who are both 17 said the suspect summoned them to a room in the school on March 24 and had no idea that the "negotiation" for their grades would involve molestation.

Nino is facing charges of acts of lasciviousness and violation of Republic Act No. 7610, or the Anti-Child Abuse Law.
