Written by Max Martin, Luke Gottwald and Pink, "Who Knew" is an intensely personal song about one of her friends who died of a drug overdose. Leave it up to Pink to tackle some real issues in a pop-friendly format.
The pop charts have been anything but exciting this summer. It is all bit blah with the exception of Rihanna's "Umbrella" and Maroon 5's "Makes Me Wonder" perhaps.
Last year, the charts were buzzing with hot and sexy summer jams that lasted way into the fall. Summer hits in 2006 included Nelly Furtado's "Promiscuous Girl," Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy," Fergie's "London Bridge," Cassie's "Me & U," Christina Aguilera's "Ain't No Other Man, Shakira's "Hips Won't Lie" and of course Justin Timberlake's steaming groove "Sexyback."
There's a glimmer of hope though and that's Pink's new single "Who Knew," a hooky and melodic pop-rock gem. SonyBMG re-released the single after the unexpected chart success of "U + Ur Hand." Touring around with imberlake earlier this year truly has given Pink's album "I Am Not Dead" a whole new life.
Hello ,just starting to explore and see what this place has to offer. I'm hoping to meet someone genuine who's also looking for something real and meaningful. A little about me l'm kind, caring, and believe in treating others with respect and love. I value honesty, connection, and loyalty. I'm the type of person who gives my all to the right person and just wants the same love and effort in return.
