O’Bank’s rainbow credit card takes the slogan ‘Stronger Together’, which became a rallying call for Taiwan’s LGBT Community after the disappointing referendum result, which stopped short of endorsing full marriage equality for same-sex couples (via a change to the marriage related text in the Civil Code) but nevertheless also endorsed near-term legislation to legally recognise same-sex partnerships via a Civil Partnership type structure, but without the hoped-for change to the Civil Code wording.
It’s great to see a business like O’Bank supporting our Community - and to see such recognition of the value and power of the LGBT Consumer segment.
