This could perhaps have been ‘funny’ had it not been so serious and a reflection of ongoing anti-LGBT rhetoric and positioning by politicians, encouraging ignorance driven harassment of Malaysia’s LGBT Community. In defiance, LGBT Malaysians hit back on Twitter after a viral tweet blamed them for bad weather over the weekend.
