It is a film produced by the WWE, and starring one of the high-profile wrestling stars in its stable of wrestlers — can it be any good? Of course not, silly!
A typical teens-get-killed-in-the-woods slasher flick, only relocated to a decaying hotel, See No Evil offers nothing new, and other than a really large amount of gore, the only highlight would be for fans of WWE wrestler Kane, who stars as the psycho killer.
Kane is decent as the crazed slasher Jacob Goodnight, but the same cannot be said of the rest of the cast, as they merely serve as cannon fodder to be offed in the most gruesome ways possible. Also, the film tries to add some humanity to Jacob by including flashbacks to his tragic past, but these scenes feel out of place in the structure of a B-grade slasher flick. Thankfully, the film clocks in under 90 minutes, so if you find yourself somehow watching this movie, it will at least be over before you know it.
