On the occasion of a gay Osaka couple adopting a child, Asian Boss talks to every day people in Japan to find out their attitudes towards the LGBT community.
Well not sure it was totally representative of Japan society but still favourable generally. Maybe not much different from the Canadian response. Age, education, urban, rural differences seem to be consistent with what I would expect. The views on the introduction of child into a relationship seems to accurate also. I like the question asking, "what if your child was gay." a rather human compassionate response.
