Fridae

Antonio Banderas plays a theatre director Carlos
whose reporter wife (Emma Thompson) is kidnapped by the the brutal
military regime in 1970s' Argentina. Based on real-life events,
this political drama should have been taken its subject matter seriously.
Instead, the story veers in X-File territory, as Carlos develops
a psychic ability to "see" the fate of the abducted by touching
the hands of their relatives and friends.
