Fans of blood-drenched slasher flicks like Saw and Saw
II will looove Wolf Creek, an intensely horrific tale
of a boy (Nathan Phillips) and two girls (Cassandra Magrath and
Kestie Morassi) who embark on a road trip across the Australian
outback with disastrous consequences.

When their car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, a kind-looking
stranger comes along offering help. Before the kids know it, they
are being raped and tortured by the sick psychopathic stranger.

Now here's the really horrific part? this movie is based on a true
story. In fact, several people have been known to vanish without
a trace in the expansive Australian outback. Aussie writer-director
Greg McLean has said that he wanted to show the torture scenes as
grisly and graphically as possible because these things really do
happen to people. Seriously folks, Wolf Creek will be the
stuff of your nightmares for weeks to come.
