Expected to do big things at the box-office, Disney's latest film is Lightyear - part of the Toy Story franchise.
However a number of countries have already flagged that they plan to ban the film because it includes a positive depiction of a same-sex relationship.
Reporting indicates that the United Arab Emirates has decided to ban the film, while Malaysian censors have apparently asked Disney to remove several scenes before the film can be released in that country.
In Indonesia, the chairman of that country's Film Censorship Board has reportedly raised concerns about a scene that shows two women kissing.
In Singapore, it's being reported that the film will be restricted to people over the age of 16.
Lightyear focuses on the friendship between Buzz (voiced by Chris Evans) and another space ranger, Alisha Hawthorne (Uzo Aduba). Alisha marries a woman, and in one scene she greets her wife with a kiss.
