In Four Brothers, the dishy young actor Garrett Hedlund
flashes his butt for two seconds as he steps out of the shower.
But those two seconds are enough to give some gay men something
to fantasise about for two weeks.

Garrett plays one of four brothers who seek revenge when their
foster mother (Fionnula Flanagan) is murdered by contract killers.
The other brothers are played by Mark Wahlberg, Tyrese Gibson and
Andre 2000 (the singer of Outkast).

But what's more interesting that Garrett's two-second posterior
pose is his character — he is a sensitive rock musician who
is obviously gay in the eyes of GLB audiences, even though the film
never quite spells it out for us. His brother Mark also teases him
now and then about his sexuality — confirming what we already
knew.

Directed by action maestro John Singleton (Boyz N the Hood,
2 Fast 2 Furious), Four Brothers boasts some terrific
action sequences, including a smashing car chase sequence. But what
helps holds the film together are the strong performances by Mark,
Garrett and the other brothers, who help give the movie its authentic
emotional core.

That Mark, Garrett and Tyrese have such hot hard bodies certainly
helps to keep our eyes on the screen...

A must-watch for butch dykes and macho boy-tops — and anyone
else who wants to check out flavour-of-the-month Garrett.
