Actress Anne Heche is now engaged to her current boyfriend, Coleman Laffoon, according to Reuters.

While they have not announced a wedding date, Heche's manager, Lauren Lloyd, has confirmed that Heche has accepted a marriage proposal.

Heche had ironically met Laffoon, a cameraman, while working on a documentary about Heche's former girlfriend, Ellen DeGeneres.

The 31-year-old actress who broke up with DeGeneres in August last year has sold her memoirs to a publishing house. The book which will be available latert this year will detail her three-year affair with Ellen DeGeneres as well as her family life and an explanation of when she was hospitalized after she wandered up to a stranger's home in northern California.

DeGeneres will make her prime-time comeback with a brand new CBS sitcom called The Ellen Show this fall and will host the 53rd Emmy Awards in LA on September.
