Titled "LGBT Diversity in the Workplace", the event is part of Fridae's ongoing efforts to promote the empowerment of LGBTs in Asia. Registrations are now open.
About 90 human resource professionals, diversity champions, NGOs and LGBT community leaders attended the second Annual Workplace Diversity conference, which was presented by Aibai and IBM, in Beijing last month.
Over 350 LGBT business executives (including Fridae Chairman Paul Thompson) and allies from more than 26 countries, representing more than 80 organizations and government agencies, gathered in London to share their best practices and ideas for creating workplaces where LGBT people are safe, accepted, and valued.
The Internet was abuzz over the weekend with reports that Google has launched a worldwide push to legalise same-sex marriage but it has since clarified that it is not the case, a Google spokesperson told Fridae on Monday.

Why should businesses care? How can businesses create inclusive workplaces for LGBT employees? The report looks at some of the challenges faced by LGBT employees in Hong Kong and provides some very practical suggestions of what companies in Hong Kong can do to make their workplaces more inclusive.
Community Business, a non-profit organisation, is planning to produce a LGBT Resource Guide to help companies create inclusive workplaces for LGBT employees in Hong Kong. I like country’s peace, I like metropolis’ noise; I like the beautiful west lake in Hangzhou, I like the flat cornfield in Champaign. I like delicious food and comfortable shoes; I like good books and romantic movies. I like the land and the nature, I like people. And, I like to laugh. I always wanted to be a great writer, like Victor Hugo who wrote "Les Miserable", or like Roman Roland who wrote "John Christopher". They have influenced millions of people through their books. I also wanted to be a great psychologist, like William James or Sigmund Freud, who could read people’s mind. Of course, I am nowhere close to these people, yet. I am just someone who does his thing his own way,But my dream is still alive.I believe that if your not busy living then you are busy not living. NB:Not interested in cam or hookups.
