Forget about going to the gym this week to look at buff men. Instead, check out 300, a superb epic with more hotbods that you can possibly dream of in one night. Even your raunchiest gay porn videos don't have this many studs.

Adapted from Frank Miller's solid graphic novel, it depicts the ancient Greek battle of Thermopylae, whereby 300 Spartan soldiers had to defend their homes against thousands of invading Persian soldiers. Led by the strong and courageous Leonidas (Gerard Butler), the Spartans managed to hold off the enemies for three whole days, preventing a Persian takeover of their lands.

All the actors had to buff up � if they weren't already buff � to play their roles in this film. And even then, the filmmakers had digitally enhanced their abs and biceps to make their physiques look orgasmically perfect. Some of the gorgeous actors include Latin looker Rodrigo Santoro, handsome David Wenham (of Lord of the Rings fame) and hot twink Tom Wisdom, who played the flight attendant in the gay-friendly series Miles High. Yummee...

The film features spectacular battle sequences which were shot against a blue-screen backdrops, and then digitally-perfected to an inch of their lives. Needlessly to say, you will be bowled over again and again by the immaculately evocative images of ancient people and places. Clearly, this film represents a breakthrough in digital filmmaking.

300 is a must-see for every boy � especially the boys who love boys.
