Fridae has always prided itself on being much more than a 'hook up' site. We believe it is important for the LGBT Community to have a safe place to communicate as well as meet new friends and potential Partners.
Communicating online has never been more important than it is now, with so many of us not able to go out to traditional venues to meet people, and many of us feeling isolated as we stay at home to help protect each other.
This is even more the case for the most vulnerable in our Community - and without doubt, the COVID-19 pandemic has generated an environment of fear, anxiety and uncertainty for those living in places where they face fear and oppression, including some in our Community affected by HIV. APCOM, Asia's regional HIV and LGBT advocacy organisation, has set up a special fund to support the vulnerable in our Community in these difficult times and Fridae has partnered with them to
help support this important effort.
