With an estimated record turn out of 21,000, Singapore's Pink Dot rally to support the acceptance of LGBTs has become the second largest gay-affirmative event in Asia in five years, behind the annual Taiwan Pride Parade in Taipei. Watch the official video here.
Set to the heartwarming lyrics of one of Singapore's most recognisable songs, "Home", written by well-known Singaporean singer-songwriter Dick Lee, the video touches on issues faced by LGBT people in Singapore, including love, family acceptance, transphobia and personal loss.
Pink Dot, Singapore's second public LGBT-supportive event, will be held 15 May. Plus, the three ambassadors for Pink Dot 2010 are: actors Adrian Pang and Tan Kheng Hua, and popular DJ Big Kid aka Johnson Ong.
