I feel a bit sad at the level of "shock" in evidence. But I am a gay man in a relationship that has lasted 46 years based on love, trust and companionship. I also have the benefit of being in a country where gay marriage is lawful. Being gay is not a choice; but choosing to marry a female that I did not feel sexy about just to appease family, that would be a tragedy. It would be very unfair to the girl and would cause much misery. Governments should stop freaking out about love and should realise what benefits. For example, in China, maybe 130,000,000 gay persons would not enter into loveless marriages and would reduce surplus population by not producing children. Just relax, people, chill and be cool with each other. Love is all.

I am tri-culture engifted by my upgrowing period and enabled by various relationships realms based upon Malay, Chinese and Dutch cultivations and educations...what has been left-over is my individual stance with my own enliving path...detached from the lyrics of confucianism and religions..so already in homosexual relationship with my friend for 25 years

in my opinion there is no partiture in the song of confucianism and religions...

but there is a partiture for gay people and others than hetero peoples- in the daoism...

so saying this..daoism gives my individual stance as gay for bringing in my effort and being as I am along individual way as I am..without any compensations, commisions, and illussions for being playing another partiture..so enabling just playing my whole own GAY song!
